Returns of Digital Items or Subscriptions

Downloaded materials (all PDF files) may not be returned, refunded, exchanged, or credited. Once materials have been downloaded or digital items have been accessed, there is no way for us to retrieve those materials and complete a refund or exchange.

All sales are final.

We are unable to make adjustments if a discount code is not applied.

Due to the nature of the products, no refunds or returns can be made at this time.
